Escape to Miami

Leave the Crowds Behind
There comes a point every winter when the novelty of cold weather wears thin. The gray sky hangs low for weeks. Snow turns to brown slush on the sidewalks. Your morning commute involves scraping ice off a windshield at 6 AM while your fingers go numb. By January, the days blur together — wake up in the dark, come home in the dark, repeat. You start checking the weather in Miami the way you check the score of a game, half-hoping something will change.
Something can change. A three-hour flight from most northern cities puts you in a place where the water is 78 degrees, the sky is wide open, and the biggest decision you face is whether to anchor at the sandbar or cruise out to the islands. A private yacht charter in Miami is not a vacation you plan around — it is the vacation that saves your winter. No resort lobby, no all-inclusive wristband, no fighting for a pool chair. Just your group, your captain, and open water.
Whether you come for a long weekend or a full week, the contrast is immediate. You step off the plane into warm air, and by the afternoon you are standing on the bow of a yacht watching the Miami skyline shrink behind you. The Bahamas are a short crossing away. The Florida Keys are an easy day trip south. And the cold you left behind feels like it belongs to someone else.
Why Miami
The Water is Calling
Miami is the departure point for some of the best yachting water in the Western Hemisphere. Biscayne Bay offers calm, protected cruising. The Florida Keys stretch south with outstanding snorkeling and fishing. And the Bahamas — just 50 nautical miles east — deliver the kind of crystal-clear, shallow turquoise water that looks unreal until you see it in person. All of it is accessible from a single departure point in Miami.
The winter months (December through April) are Miami's peak boating season for good reason. Air temperatures sit comfortably in the mid-70s to low 80s. Humidity is low. Seas are generally calm with northeast trade winds that keep things pleasant without making the crossing rough. It is the exact opposite of what you left behind up north — and the conditions are perfect for everything from a sandbar day to a multi-day Bahamas passage.
Our fleet of 13 vessels covers every style of escape. Sport boats for a fast day on the sandbars. Cruisers for a comfortable afternoon on Biscayne Bay. Motor yachts with full cabins, air conditioning, and chef-ready galleys for overnight passages. Super yachts with multiple decks and water toys for groups that want a floating resort. Every charter includes a USCG-licensed captain, fuel, and crew — no hidden fees, no surprises at the dock.
