What's included in the charter price?
Every charter includes your licensed USCG captain, fuel for the trip, and standard crew. We also provide Bluetooth audio systems, coolers, and basic water toys on most vessels. Gratuity for your crew is not included and is at your discretion (industry standard is 15-20%).
Do I need a boating license to rent a yacht?
No boating license is required. Every charter comes with a licensed USCG captain who handles navigation, safety, and all the details so you can relax and enjoy your time on the water.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (March through August) and around holidays. For last-minute availability, contact us directly — we often have openings within 48 hours.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our priority. We monitor conditions closely and will contact you if weather may affect your charter. If we need to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, we'll work with you to find a new date at no additional cost.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and beverages aboard. We also offer catering packages and can arrange everything from charcuterie boards to full meals as add-ons. Just let us know what you'd like.
Where do the boats depart from?
Our fleet departs from several marinas across the Miami area, depending on the vessel and your itinerary. After booking, we'll share the exact departure location along with parking information and boarding instructions.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation terms. Full details are available on our Terms of Service page. Generally, cancellations made well in advance receive a full refund. Contact us directly if you need to make changes to your reservation.
