Overview

By using this website and booking a charter with Best Yachting Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Charter Pricing

All charter rates displayed on this website are all-inclusive and include:

• Professional licensed captain
• Fuel for the duration of the charter
• Standard crew (varies by vessel)

Additional services such as catering, special decorations, extra crew members, water sports equipment, and photography are available as add-ons at additional cost.

Gratuity

Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included in the charter rate. A gratuity of 15–20% of the charter price is customary in the yacht charter industry and is greatly appreciated by our crew, but is not mandatory.

Reservations & Payment

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Our team will contact you to discuss availability, finalize details, and process payment. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to the charter date.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before charter: Full refund minus processing fees
• 14–29 days before charter: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund (credit toward future charter may be offered)

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be accommodated depending on circumstances.

Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the charter may be rescheduled or canceled at no cost to the client. The captain has final authority on all safety-related decisions. Light rain does not typically warrant cancellation.

Guest Capacity & Safety

Each vessel has a maximum guest capacity set by USCG regulations. This capacity cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances who pose a safety risk may be asked to disembark.

Liability

Best Yachting Company carries comprehensive marine insurance. However, guests participate in charter activities at their own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, injuries resulting from guest negligence, or circumstances beyond our control.

Information submitted through our website forms is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and coordinating your charter. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
