Charter Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (March–August). For weekends and holidays, 3–4 weeks is ideal. Last-minute charters are sometimes available — message us to check.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe for boating, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Light rain usually isn't an issue — many of our yachts have covered areas and climate control.
What should I bring on the charter?
Sunscreen, sunglasses, a light jacket for the breeze, and your favorite playlist. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or we can arrange catering. Towels and coolers with ice are provided.
Do I need boating experience?
Not at all. Every charter includes a licensed USCG captain who handles all navigation and safety. All you need to do is show up and enjoy the ride.
What's the cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation with advance notice. Full details are provided when you confirm your charter. For weather-related cancellations, we always offer free rescheduling.
Can I customize the route or itinerary?
Absolutely. Your captain will work with you to plan the perfect route — whether that's a sandbar stop, a cruise past Star Island, a sunset position, or a trip to the Bahamas (on select vessels). Just tell us what you're looking for.
